About what we sell
Do the bags come with tools?
No. Almost everything we sell is an empty bag or organiser. Where a listing includes tools, the contents are itemised on that product page.
Which size should I buy?
As a rough guide: 13 inch for a hand-tool kit you carry indoors, 16 inch as the general-purpose size, and 18 to 20 inch when you need power tools and cable to travel together.
Are the bases actually waterproof?
The moulded rubber and hard plastic bases keep standing water out from underneath. The body fabric is water resistant, not waterproof — a bag left out in rain will let water in through the seams and the opening.
What does delivery cost?
Flat $9.50 within the United States, and free on orders of $75 or more.
Can I bring one back?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, unused and with its labels attached. See the Refund and Returns Policy for the full conditions.
Ordering, delivery and returns
Do you ship outside the United States?
No. We deliver to United States street addresses only, and we cannot ship to freight forwarders.
How do I track my order?
Tracking is emailed when the label is created. You can also enter your order number on our Track Order page.
How can I pay?
Checkout accepts Cash on delivery. The Payment Policy explains how and when payment is taken.
Can I cancel after ordering?
Yes, at no cost, any time before the parcel is handed to the carrier. See the Cancellation Policy.
